Credits and payment
What is a credit?
A credit is the unit you spend on a generation. An image at 1024 px costs 3, a five-second 720p video costs 15, a chat reply costs 1 to 3 depending on the model. You always see the cost before you spend it.
Do credits expire?
No. A pack you bought a year ago is still spendable today.
How do I pay?
In rial, through ZarinPal. You do not need an international card, and there is no monthly subscription.
What happens if a generation fails?
The credits go straight back into your balance and a refund line appears in your credit history. You are never charged for a take that produced nothing.
Can I get a refund on a pack?
Unspent credits can be refunded within seven days of purchase. Write to the production office with your payment reference.
Generating
Do I need to know how to write prompts?
No — that is the point. You pick the camera move, the lens, the light, the mood and the grade as buttons, and MixGenerate assembles the prompt the model wants. Your own words stay visible in the prompt, so you can always see what we added.
Can I write in Persian?
Yes. Write the idea in Persian and we build the optimised English prompt the model responds to. Both are saved with the result.
How long does a take take?
An image is usually a few seconds. A video is closer to a minute, depending on length and resolution. The tally lamp stays lit until it's done, and you can leave the page.
Can I use my own reference image?
Yes. Upload a product shot, a face or an environment and set how strongly it should influence the result.
Chat
Which chat models can I use?
GPT, Claude and Gemini families, with more mounted as they ship. Every one of them runs on the same credit wallet as your image and video work.
Can I change model mid-conversation?
Yes, at any turn. The transcript records where the change happened, so you can see which model wrote which answer.
Are my conversations private?
Your conversations are yours. We do not use them to train anything, and we do not sell them. Providers process the message to answer it; we do not send them anything else about you.
Your files
How long are my files kept?
Results stay in your library for 30 days. Download anything you want to keep — the report row stays after the file is gone, so you can always generate it again.
Who owns what I generate?
You do. We claim no rights over anything you make here.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, from Settings. Your files and conversations are deleted with it, permanently.
