Privacy policy

Your name, email address and password hash, so you can have an account.

Your prompts, presets, generated files and conversations, so the library and the transcripts work.

Your credit balance and payment references, so billing is auditable. We never see or store your card details — ZarinPal handles the payment and returns only a reference.

Basic technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention, kept for 30 days.

We use it to run the service: generate what you asked for, show you your library, take payment, and answer you when you write to us.

Prompts and messages are sent to the model provider that answers them, and to nobody else. Providers process them under their own terms to produce the result.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We do not use your prompts, images or conversations to train models — ours or anyone else's.

We do not read your conversations except when you ask us to look at a specific problem, or where the law requires it.

Generated files: 30 days, then deleted. The report row stays so you can regenerate.

Conversations: until you delete them, or until you close your account.

Account and billing records: as long as the account exists, then as long as tax law requires.

On our own server in Germany, not on a third-party platform. Files are on our own disk with signed, time-limited download links.

Model providers process your prompts on their own infrastructure, which may be outside Iran or the EU.

You can see and edit your account details in Settings, download your files at any time, and delete your account with everything in it.

Write to the production office if you want a copy of everything we hold about you, or if you want it erased.

One cookie, for your sign-in session. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss.
