Terms of service

MixGenerate provides access to third-party generative AI models for images, video and text through a single account and a credit balance. We are an interface to those models; we do not build or host them ourselves.

We may add, change or remove models at any time. If a model you rely on is removed, unspent credits remain spendable on everything else.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.

One person, one account. Sharing an account with others, or reselling access to it, ends the agreement.

Credits are prepaid and spent when a generation is accepted. If a generation fails, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.

Credits do not expire and have no cash value outside the service. Unspent credits may be refunded within seven days of purchase, to the original payment method.

Prices are shown before purchase and may change for future purchases. A pack you already bought is not repriced.

Do not use MixGenerate to produce sexual content involving minors, material that identifies a real person in a sexual or defamatory way, content that incites violence against a group, or anything illegal where you are.

Do not attempt to bypass the safety filters on the models, and do not use the service to build a competing model from its outputs.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we will refund the unspent balance when we do.

You own what you generate, to the extent that generated output can be owned where you are. We claim no rights over it.

Generated output is not guaranteed to be unique. Another person may generate something similar from a similar prompt.

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Providers go down; when they do, affected takes are refunded.

Files are retained for 30 days. After that, the file is deleted and only its report row remains.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the credits in your account at the time of the problem.

We are not liable for how you use what you generate.

We will tell you before these terms change materially. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.

You may close your account at any time from Settings. Unspent credits bought in the last seven days are refunded; older balances are not.
